Abstract: Understanding the interactions of neutrons with argon is critical for understanding calibration, shielding and reconstruction for the DUNE experiment. We plan to calibrate the DUNE detector using the 6.1 MeV neutron capture signal as a standard candle. I will present results from a test of the calibration system and dedicated neutron argon cross section measurements at LANL and CERN.
