Abstract: From the standard radiotherapy of cancer, the introduction of the near critical Laser Wakefield Acceleration (LWFA) brings in an in-situ radiation generation inside of the patient body via endoscope attached fiver laser technology. This lecture will consider how radiation therapy might expand into clinical applications beyond cancer. The Innovative technology mentioned now allows a promise for broadening the reach of radiation medicine into non-oncological domains, potentially transforming clinical practice by offering new treatment options in previously unexplored areas.
